CityPlace and Fort York BIA and One Love Food & Arts Market Set to Welcome the World This Summer

This summer, Toronto steps onto the global stage as an official FIFA World Cup 2026 host city. The city celebrates the Beautiful Game under its official host city theme: The World in a City. The CityPlace and Fort York BIA, united by the belief that Toronto Thrives Here, is proud to partner with One Love Food & Arts Market to bring that spirit directly to the neighbourhood. Together they present: The World in a Market.

Running June 6 through August 15, 2026, One Love activates over 13 days steps away from the official FIFA World Cup 2026 fan zone. The market sits along the pedestrian corridor connecting Union Station to the fan zone and BMO Field. Entry is free and open to everyone. Families, kids, and pets are welcome.

One Love is designed to be experienced, not just passed through. Expect food from cultures across the globe, live music, DJs, a photo booth, and a lounge to sit, eat, and soak it all in. Music and cultural programming is led by a partnership between Rudy Ray & Co. and Drom Artist Collective (DAC), a City of Toronto-recognized not-for-profit. Recipients of the 2026 City of Toronto Team of the Season Award, DAC brings an intentionally-curated concert series reflecting and celebrating the nations and cultures represented throughout the tournament. There will be performances from Moskitto Bar, Nizo Alimov, Jonathan Nvita, Trash Panda Brass, Big Smoke Brass, Shout! The Band, Moneka Arabic Jazz, Rich Underhill and more! Check our schedule on our website or on social media for dates and times.

“One of Toronto’s greatest strengths is that people from all over the world have come here to live side by side, sharing each other’s food, dancing to each other’s music, and building community together. That is what One Love is built on. And this summer, we are proud to welcome the world to experience exactly that.” Caron Morgan, Founder and Executive Producer, One Love Food & Arts Market

“At its core, our neighbourhood is about connection—bringing people together through shared experiences. The CityPlace and Fort York BIA is proud to partner with One Love Food & Arts Market to showcase that spirit on a global stage. This initiative reflects the diversity, creativity, and vibrancy that define our community, and we’re excited to welcome residents and visitors alike to experience it firsthand.” Mary Fragedakis, Executive Director, CityPlace and Fort York BIA

Canoe Landing Park, Fort York Boulevard and Capreol Court, Toronto. June 6 through August 22, 2026. Free admission.
